My resolution for the new year is to keep my grades up,stay on top of my work, and come to class on time.My last resolution is to not make mistakes at work.

It's not really a change because it has been the same for a couple years now. The job part hasn't been.It just happened the end of last year.The change is because starting a job for the first time is nerve wrecking. It's like that because you're nervous and you feel like your under pressure.The people know when your are new and they look at you in a weird way.That makes it worse.But you eventually you get over that and you get to know the people.

I will do this by turning in all my work on time.I will come to class on time and not miss any days off school. I will study more for a longer time.When I'm at work I will double check myself to not make mistakes.You can only learn from them.It will only make you better.
